I know of no bride who would appreciate even a teeny weeny tear in her dress let alone a fistful of silk or lace being grabbed by an over-enthusiastic guest. So throwing your bouquet to a hopeful spinster is the next best thing. Anyone catching your bouquet is catching some of your good luck in being the next to find a perfect husband. So brides beware!
